Lissa Engleman
Director of Insights & Planning / Partner
Lissa’s favorite part of the job has always been finding a key insight and building a strategic campaign upon that finding. She’s been at it for 20 years, working for both big and small advertising firms on businesses that include Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, WM Wrigley, Dell, Emerson, and Temper Sealy International. When you don’t find Lissa immersed in solving the latest message or brand strategy, chances are she’s working alongside the creative team to help pinpoint the best ideas and refine the work for the biggest impact.
Jon Czeranna
Executive Creative Director / Partner
Since beginning his career in 2003, Jon’s philosophy has been simple: Do good work. For him, this means utilizing strong design to overcome inherent marketing challenges and create exceptional solutions that not only get attention but also achieve the client’s goals. Working on brands that include Ford Motor Company, Pentair, Nationwide, Pfizer, and The Shyft Group, Jon has had the opportunity to create campaigns for clients that span narrowly focused B2B to broad-reaching consumer audiences.
Taylor Mohney
Account Manager
Taylor is an Account Manager with project management experience in the e-commerce, marketing, and telecommunications industries. Driven by people-first language, she is a strong communicator with a skill set rooted in efficiency and lifelong learning. She focuses on cultivating client relationships and applying her diverse history of work experience to ensure her clients' success. Taylor brings brand experience through her work, side by side with household name brands, to launch B2B and B2C e-commerce sites supported by inventory management, design, and promotional products.
Kat Beuker
Graphic Designer
Kat holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design and with experience from Journeyman Distillery and Stellantis. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kat finds inspiration in photography, pattern making, and music, often accompanied by her three cats. She has been Recognized by West Michigan AAF with a Bronze Student ADDY Award for Integrated Advertising Campaign in 2022. Rooted in authenticity and collaboration, Kat believes in the collective wisdom to solve problems, stating, "No one has all the answers, but together, we can fit all the puzzle pieces in place."
